We are Craig and Kirsten Bruun — born and raised in Jo'burg and the East Rand, living in London and Kent for over twenty years. If you are visiting the UK for the first time, or just want someone who gets it, we are your people.
Craig and Kirsten grew up in Johannesburg and on the East Rand — Springs, to be precise. They moved to the UK in the early 2000s and have spent two decades since working, living and building a life here in London and the Kent countryside.
That is more than twenty years of navigating two very different cultures. We know what catches South Africans out when they arrive. Whether they fancy High Tea or a pint — and that tea might just be a full meal — we know how to make them feel at home. We know that now-now, just-now and "ag shame" mean nothing here. We know the underground map, the speed of the trains, and why a British "shortly" could mean anything from five minutes to next week.
We are not a faceless agency. We are the South African family in the UK that you can actually call — the people who understand where you come from, because we come from there too.
Gay, bi, straight, trans — all are welcome here. Love is love, and that is what makes the world go round.
Both Craig and Kirsten are Enhanced DBS checked and happy to show on request. Your safety matters to us.
Small deposit to secure your booking. Balance paid on the day — cash or card, no fuss.
Living and working in the UK — we know this place inside out.

We are not a taxi firm. We are not a tour operator. We are the South Africans in the UK you can actually call on — because we have navigated both worlds ourselves.
We meet you landside at Heathrow or Gatwick after you clear customs, hold the board, and make sure you reach your onward connection — taxi, Heathrow Express or Tube — with confidence.
We travel with you. Underground, National Rail, Southeastern or Thameslink — we buy the tickets, navigate the gates and sit alongside you all the way to your destination.
A half-day or full-day introduction to London with someone who actually lives here. Not a tour script — a real conversation about how the city works, where to go, and what to avoid.
The things no guidebook covers. British social customs, what to expect in a pub, a GP surgery, a supermarket. Honest advice from people who crossed the same cultural divide you are crossing now.
A one-to-one video or phone call before you travel. We answer your questions, review your itinerary and make sure you arrive with realistic expectations and real confidence.
We accompany you to your departure airport via the most practical route — rail, taxi or a combination — and see you checked in and through to departures before we leave.
Please note: See-You-Now-Now is not a licensed private hire or taxi service. All road-based travel is arranged through licensed operators on your behalf. Our primary role is personal accompaniment and concierge support.

You have never been to the UK before. The airports are enormous, the transport is complex and everything looks different from what you imagined. We make the first day feel manageable and the rest of the trip enjoyable.
Travelling alone and want a friendly, trusted face on arrival? We are that person. We will meet you, walk with you and make sure you know exactly where you are going before we part ways.
South African parents or grandparents visiting family in the UK for the first time. We provide calm, patient, unhurried support — from the arrivals hall to the front door of the family home.
It is one thing to land in a foreign country. It is another to land knowing there is someone there who grew up on the same streets as you, speaks the same references, and genuinely wants to make sure you are alright.
